She was predeceased by: her husband Spencer Rich; and her parents, Arvil Hatley and Zudie Hatley. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Johnston (Dale) and Clay Rich (Willa); her grandsons, Joe Miller and Christopher Johnston (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Maddex Pearson and Taryn Johnston; and her sister Mabel Bristol (Dewey).
