She is survived by: her children, Tony Helton of Tennessee and Lisa Simmons of Lenoir; her brother Gaither Bradshaw of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Brittany Helton, John Simmons and Jesse Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Carmen, Isiah and Grayli Simmons.
