She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Lester Griffin; her husband Billy Edward McNeil; her son Randy McNeil; her grandson Tony Murphey; her son-in-law Tim Murphey; and her brothers, Billy Joe Griffin, Jerry Griffin and Steve Griffin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Murphey of Goldsboro and Paula Kirby of Lenoir; her siblings, Danny Griffin, Tom Griffin, Dwaine Griffin, Carolyn Wilson, Linda Ham, Sarah Lockee and Janice Triplett; her grandchildren, Brandy Pace (John), Matthew Kirby (Elizabeth) and Zachary Kirby (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Tori Murphey, Aubrey Pace and Blakely Kirby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
