She is survived by: her husband Harold Lee Blankenship; her son Teryl Lee Blankenship (Sharon); her siblings, Danny Kincaid (Adrian), Janet Pritchard (David) and Peggy Joan Hendrix (Junior); her nieces and nephews, Charles Philyaw, Bryon Kincaid, Eric Kincaid, Sherry Setzer, Emily Nichols, Amy Bolick, Jalyn Stanley, Wendi Duckworth and Karissa Enfinger; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Karson, Hollyn, Kolt, Hadley and Beckett.
