He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Mikeal of Lenoir, Chester Mikeal of Lenoir and Charles Mikeal of Granite Falls; and his nieces and nephews, Pam Cannon of Granite Falls, Shonia Tidwell (Phillip) of Lenoir, Andy Helton of Louisiana, James Helton (Nancy) of Louisiana, Rodney Helton (Kim) of Louisiana, Buster Mikeal of Granite Falls and Hugh Mikeal (Cathy) of Lenoir. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
