He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Daniels and Lovie Dutton Daniels; his wife Helen Henry Daniels; and his granddaughter April Vandergrift. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Daniels (Barbara) of New Jersey, Robert Daniels (Sharon) of Virginia, Larry Daniels (Kelly) of Indiana, Wanda Kurzhals of Lenoir and Marlene King of Lenoir. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
