With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Wayne Starnes of Lenoir, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on September 17, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Wayne Starnes and Bertha Moretz Starnes; and his grandparents, Guy, Ruth Starnes, Frank and Mattie Moretz.
He is survived by: his stepmother Mary Starnes of Harmony; his brothers, Jerry Dean Starnes and Tony Lynn Starnes of Bethlehem; his niece Jerrica Broome; his nephew Brandon Starnes; his aunts, Faye Spelce, Wanda Starnes and Alvania Starnes; his uncle Danny Moretz; and his close friends, Mildred Bowman, Scottie, Debbie Starnes, Steve, Brenda Brown, Lisa, Brent Bowman and Debbie Schrum.
