He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bruce Marley and Barbara Jean McGarr Lowman. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Newsome (James) of Hudson and Benny Marley (Crystal) of Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
