She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Deweise and Annie Lou Cox Hamby; her son Harold Timothy Miller; her granddaughter Jamie Lynn Branson; and her siblings, Wayne Hamby of Robert Glenn, Paul Hamby, Marshleen Billings and Judy Kilby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Hall of Lenoir, Cynthia Miller of Hickory and Teresa Miller of Alabama; her brothers, Gwyn Hamby (Linda) of Lenoir and Douglas Hamby (Barbara) of Wilkes County; and her brother-in-law David Barlowe of Lenoir.
