She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Auton and Della Day Auton. She is survived by: her husband Clarence C. Spann; her sons, Rev. Raymond C. Spann (Debbie) of Boone and Dennis C. Spann (Venise) of Lenoir, J. R; her great grandchildren, Allie Beane, Avery Spann and Rhea Beane; and her grandchildren, Jordan Taylor and Ashleigh Taylor.
