It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Benjamin Dula (Lenoir, North Carolina), who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Dula, Sr. and Virgie Roland Dula; his siblings, Alexander Dula, Jr., Arthur Dula, Andrew Herbert Dula, Sr., Juanita Witherspoon, Berniece Dula, Kathleen Hendrix, Joyce Dula and Shirley Utsey; and his son Keith Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Willette Goode Dula; his children, Arnita Dula of Hickory, Adrienne Dula of Lenoir and Roland Dula; his goddaughter Robin Reeves (Michael) of Greensboro; his granddaughters, Keisha Howell of Winston Salem and Gabrielle Dula of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Kasia Howell and Sydney Howell; his great great grandchild A'lonii Howell; his sisters, Mavis Wilson of Lenoir and Geraldine Nicholas of Philadelphia; and his sisters-in-law, Gerri Dula of Lenoir and Bobbie Wakefield of Morganton. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
