She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Baker; and her husband Louis Gene Dyson. She is survived by: her sibling Those; her children, Melissa Graves (Matthew) of Morganton, Marlene Lowman of Lenoir, Darlene Riley (Robert) of Lenoir and David Gene Dyson of Lenoir; and her sister Irene Knight of Lenoir. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
