He was predeceased by: his father George Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mabel Wood Brown; his wife Sarah St. John Smith; his children, Faith Mackenzie Smith, Hope Mackennah Smith, Grace Mackendra Smith, Kimber A. Hipps, Shoun Allen Smith and Tiffany Dawn Smith; his siblings, Cindy Parson, Glenn Smith and Johnny Smith; and his close friend Jimbo Hardin. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
