We bid farewell to Alisa Jean Burns (Lenoir, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 3, 2025 at the age of 66. Alisa Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vance Brown and Callie Knight Brown; and her grandparents, Pedro, Ethel Brown, David and Lelia Knight.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Burns; her children, Kristen Blankenship (David) of Lenoir, Caleb Burns and Joshua Burns; her grandchildren, Nathan, Isabelle and Kenzie Blankenship; her nieces, Adrian Brown and Nikki Brown; and her great-nephews, Jon Hartley and Kyle Hartley (Faith).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Service (1070 Taylorsville Rd SE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or a Hospice of your choice.
