She was predeceased by: her husband William Stuart Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Shan Michael Curtis (Loretta Collins) and Teresa Justine Tackett Turpin (Loren Turpin); her children, Madison Gabrielle Johnson and William Seth Johnson; and her brother Michael Ryan Curtis.
