He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dewolf; his children, Debra, Marie and Warren (Sydney); his sisters, Barbara Sabin (Ralph), Diane Herbert (Marshall), Laraine Ottaviano (Frank) and Marie Mikosz (John); and his brothers-in-law, Earl Jones (Linda), Steven Lizak (Debbie) and William Lizak (Susan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
