He is survived by: his son Thomas William Chadwick (Mesha); his wife Deborah McGuire Chadwick; his grandchildren, Thomas Levi, Caroline, Christen, Alexandria and Elizabeth; and his brother Joshua C. Chadwick, III (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
