She is survived by: her husband Robert Cruse; her grandchildren, Cayleigh, Carleigh, Kierstyn and Carter; her son Bryan Cruse; her daughter-in-law Ali; her siblings, Bobbie Ray, Sonya Todd and Charles Hooks, Jr. (Wendy); and her nieces, Lori Dudley (David) and Keri Squires (Bryan).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel (1617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Hope Harbor Home, Inc. in Brunswick County — an organization close to Teri's heart and consistent with her lifelong passion for helping others find refuge and hope.
