He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Gordon Hobbs, Sr. and Emma Rae Kennedy Hobbs; his wife Laura Blake Hobbs; and his children, Roy G. Hobbs, III of Farmville, NC, Blake Kennedy Hobbs of Leland, Brett Hilburn Hobbs of Southport, Angela Boley of Leland and Renee Braswell of Clemson, SC. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
