He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Palakovich (Schoch); his children, Erin Miller (James), Colleen Collins (John) and Corey Palakovich (Olivia); his stepson Chris Benton (Kristen); his grandchildren, Christian, Benjamin, Reagan, Colbie, Keanen, Cole, Chandler, Hannah and Lillian; and his siblings, John Palakovich (Joyce), Nancy Raposa and Patricia Clayton (Edward).
