He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack N. McNeel and Pearl R. McNeel. He is survived by: his children, Robert McNeel (Heather) of Leland, NC, Meghan Easterday (Joshua) of Keymar, MD and Mark McNeel of Damascus, MD.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kevin, Kyrstyn, Violet, Olivia and Lena Pearl; and his brothers, Paul McNeel and William McNeel (Billy). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a charitable donation be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation in memory of Bob.
