It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Hicks (Leland, North Carolina), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace C. Hicks, Jr and Bertha Irene Hicks (Fake); and his sister Judith "Judy" Hitz. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Chubb of Southport, NC; his pet Birdie; and also, Randy, Ronald Dickey, Jr., Amanda Jo Chubb of Mechanicsburg, Tracey Barrows (Brian) of Sterling, VA, Steph Bouder, Jessica of Dillsburg, Eileen Coffman (Kirby) of Harrisburg, Gayle Bouder (Stephen) and Tomi of Mt. Pleasant Mills. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins.
