She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Calhoun Hogan and Mary Belcher Hogan; her husband Robert Williamson Helms; her children, Terry Allen Helms, Robert Williamson Helms, Jr., Jerry Franklin Helms and Judy Elaine Helms; and her sisters, Nona Jo Fennell and Mary Sue Wells.
She is survived by: her sister Rita Hogan Mullis (Wayne) of Dexter, Georgia; her children, Patrick Eugene Perkins (Sandra), Terrie Perkins Holden (Wayne), Rebecca Calhoun Helms of Leland, Carrie Helms Johnson (Tim) and Jean Helms Cason of Leland; and her grandchild Christen Holden Wilkens. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
