She is survived by: her sister Jeanette A. Brinegar (Walter) of Salisbury, NC.; her children, James E. Bennett Jr. (Rosemary) of Atlanta, GA, LuAnn Bennett of Atlanta, GA, William Richard Bennett (Susanna) of Southport, NC and Harry Gordon Bennett (Heidi); her grandchildren, Heidi Bennett of Atlanta, GA, Keisha McClain of Southport, NC, WinterLofaro of Apex, Collin, Conner Bennett of Leland, NC and Brandon Brown of Durham, NC; her great grandchildren, Jaylan, Dylan McClain of Southport, NC, Avery, Mylan, Ellis Lofaro of Apex, NC, Tycen Brown of Durham, NC and Caroline Bennett of Leland; and her friend Louise Sharp.
