He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Tabler and Louise Clowes Tabler; his wife Shirley Rogers Tabler; his daughter Tammy Turner (Mark) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Zachary Turner (Dani) and Katy (Joseph Presley); his daughters, Lily, Sophia and Olivia of Wilmington; his siblings, Virginia Neisser and William (Lorraine); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Trenary (Kenny) and Marie Magruder.
Due to the restrictions caused by the coronavirus, a celebration of Howard's life will be held at a later date at Woodburn Presbyterian Church in Leland.
