He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Bernard Carr and Elizabeth A. Carr (Klein). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann of Leland, NC; his children, Danielle Carr (Heather) of Hazleton, PA and Devin Carr (Katie) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Carter Bloch, Jamison Carr and Kira Carr.
