She is survived by: her children, William Roy Jr. (Sarah) and Debbie Roy Cook; her sister Kim Smith (Allen); her grandsons, William Roy III (Andrea) and Teddy Cook (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Savannah and Sadie Cook; and her close friend David Outlaw.
