He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vivian G. Scott; and his sons, Herbert F. Scott (Patricia) of Tampa, FL, Milton B. McCracken of Southport, NC and Bobby McCoy of Leland, NC. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
