He is survived by: his parent Nettie Mae Ward Sarvis; his wife Emma Katherine Boswell Sarvis; his children, Deena Sarvis Smeigh (Ian) of Cerro Gordo, Daniel Nance Sarvis (Ashley) of Wilmington and Adam Jason Carr of Leland; his stepdaughter Jennifer Marie Boswell of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Ned Fowler, Anna Carr, Evelyn Boswell, Jameson Sarvis, Sadie Sarvis and Ellia Smeigh; and his siblings, Bobby Sarvis, Jimmy Sarvis, David Sarvis and Jeanette S. Barnhill.
