She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Jane and Harry Edwin Moore; and her stepfather Alvin West Mercer. She is survived by: her former husband Elwood Roy Sturtz; her children, Janey Lynn Sturtz McMillen (Brad) and Tobey Shane Sturtz (Deborah); her husband James Alfred Cooke, Sr.; her stepchildren, James Cooke Jr., Debora Chance (Joseph) and Eric Cooke (Tammy); her siblings, Robert Moore (Linda), David Mercer (Jeralyn) and Diane Bolt (Michael); and her grandchildren, Franklin Cooke, Laura Woods (David), Tyler Chance (Renea), D. J. Blanton, Robyn Blanton (Matt Batson), Courtney Sturtz (Alex Rojas), Patrick McMillen, Jordan Sturtz, Zachary Cooke, Logan Cooke, Trey Cooke and Autumn Cooke. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
