With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Keith Brooks in Leland, North Carolina, born in Magnolia, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Brooks and Pauline Quinn Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Edith Crook Brooks; his children, Angela Brooks of Augusta, Georgia and Brian Brooks of Wilmington; his granddaughters, Annie Rankin, Dawn Hopson and Deborah Hill; his great grandchild Dawson Dean; and his siblings, Gale Knowles, Wilbert Brooks, Linda Gore, Linwood Brooks and Ann Kendall.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel (1535 S 41st St, Wilmington, NC 28403).
