He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Calvin and Mamie Ann Liles (Todd); his daughter Gwendolyn Kay Thomas; and his sister Linda Massey. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Liles (Oxendine); his children, Bonnie Johnson, Suzanne Taylor and Calvin Liles; his sisters, Norma Harris and Frances Taylor; his grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Nicholas, Erin, Elena and Stella; his great grandchildren, Dillon, Bailey, Brynleigh and Hudson; and his great great grandchild Asher.
