He is survived by: his wife Anita Pirozzolo Underkofler; his son Alan Underkofler (Allison) of Leland, NC; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, AJ Underkofler and Kristi Underkofler; his great grandchildren, Jase, Emily, Ashley Rhodus and Kyle Underkofler (Stephanie) of Palmetto, FL; his stepson Eric Mortimer (Jeannette) of Chester, VA; his stepgrandchildren, Madison, Emic, Trinity Mortimer, Joshua Mortimer of Hampstead, NC, Kyle Mortimer (Nicola) of Elmira and Tiffany Mortimer of Horseheads; his siblings, James Underkofler (Barbara) of Bartow, FL, Patricia Carasick of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Janet Cardonick of Philadephia, PA and Lori Slodan of Washington, PA; his pets, Ebony and Chemo; and also Liliana Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
