He is survived by: his wife Joyce Caldwell Wiggins; his children, Angela Emory, Marvelene Lindsay (Tim), Tammy Rigdon (Tommy) and Woody Eugene Wiggins (Debbie); his stepchildren, Rebecca Leicht (Eugene) and David West (Vicki); and his siblings, Brenda Neal (Jimmy), Harry Brock and Ron Brock. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
