He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bapu; his parents, Jean Campbell and Cecil "Cec" Campbell; and his son Chris. He is survived by: his children, Karin, Kath, Vanessa and Doug; his in-laws, Paul, Alex and Yael; his grandchildren, Torin, Ada, Maya, Belle, Eve and Iris; his brothers, Charles "Chuck" Campbell and James "Jim" Campbell of Chicago; and his wife Kathleen.
