He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Margaret Spain Brumby; and his brother James Brumby. He is survived by: his children, Heather Laura Brumby (Roberto Birardi) of Merrick and Adam DeBlasi (Cristina Gomes) of Wallingford, Connecticut; his sister Margaret Howard (John) of Riverforest, Illinois; and his granddaughters, Kayla of Ronkonkoma, Josphine DeBlasi of Ronkonkoma and Lianna DeBlasi of Wallingford, Connecticut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
