He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Ephland, Jr. and Grace Goodwin Ephland. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Plemmons Ephland; his daughter Kelsey Lynn Core; his brother Charles R. Ephland, III (Joellen Buckio); and his nieces, Kristen Ephland Cox (Randy) and Lauren Ephland.
