It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lena B. Roberts of Leicester, North Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Sutton and Eva Barnes Sutton; her husband Henry F. Roberts; and her siblings, Ila, Wanda Campbell, Tom, Robert, Kyle, Lawrence and Rubel Sutton.
She is survived by: her son Dewey Ronald Branam (Janet); her stepson Roger Roberts (Roberta); her siblings, Wilma Moore and Henry Sutton; her grandchildren, Chelsy Porter, Kevin, Chase and Kendall Branam; and her great grandchild Paislee (Timber Branam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Redmon Missionary Baptist Church (2675 Bear Creek Rd, Marshall, NC 28753). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at the Redmon Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (2675 Bear Creek Rd, Marshall, NC 28753).
