He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Meadows and Colleen S. Meadows; and his brother Harold Eugene Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Tonya M. Smith (Mike) and Brandon Meadows (Lisa); his stepson Victor; his grandson Austin; his sister Darlene M. Vaillancourt (Bob); and his sister-in-law Nancy H. Meadows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
