He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Vernon E. and Margaret M. Radcliff; and his brothers, Worth Ratcliffe, Bobby Radcliff, Ronnie Radcliff and Steve Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his wife Roma Lee Radcliff; his daughter Darla; his son-in-law Richard Walsh of Leicester; his granddaughters, Hannah and Abigail Walsh of Leicester; his sisters, Judy Clark (Roger) of Alexander and Shelby Jean Boyd (Clark) of Marshall; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Ratcliff, Carolyn Radcliff and Margaret Radcliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
