Katherine Melinda Banks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2022, at the age of 92, Katherine Melinda Banks of Leicester, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hawkins and Elizabeth "Betsey" Alexander Hawkins; and her siblings, Bill, Reeves Hawkins and Shirley Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles H. "Flashlight" Banks; her sons, Ray Banks (Vikki Maney Banks) and Roger Banks (Missy Parris); her brother Ted Hawkins (Betty); her grandchildren, Aaron (Christie), Kimberly (Kurt) and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Paul, Clint and Lilly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
