He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Radford Parham; his daughter Sheila Parham; his brother Billy R. Parham of Leicester; and his grandchildren, Matthew "Dakota" Pitts of Leicester and Cassidy L. Candler of Leicester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
