He was predeceased by: his father Harold Dean Radcliff, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice Lucille Worley Radcliff; his children, Justin Radcliff (Caylan) and Morgan Radcliff; his granddaughter Luna Radcliff; his brother Alan Radcliff (Jennifer); his niece Amber Radcliff; and his nephew Shane Payne.
