He was predeceased by: his parent Paul King; and his former wife Wanda Gail Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Viola Kates Bailey; his wife Mildred Love Bailey; his son Clifford L. Bailey, Jr.; his husband Doug Speeckert; and his siblings, Colleen Creason (Doug), Sarah Robinson and Richard Bailey (Ann).
