He is survived by: his mother Jewell Surrett Kent; his daughters, Carla Holt (Michael), Dawn Nash (Wayne) and Amber Burleson (Russell); his grandchildren, Clarissa Haney, Jacob Hawkins, Preston Nash, Amanda Middleton (David), Christopher Nash and Amber Nash; and his siblings, Anita Ellis (Chris Ramsey), Michael Neal (Debra) and Stephen Neal (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
