Brenda Sue Wheeler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Sue Wheeler of Leicester, North Carolina, who passed away on May 19, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Lee and Mary Frances Wingfield Arwood; and her husband Ray Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Malisa White (Floyd Stephenson) and Chris Wheeler (Kelley); her siblings, Linda Robinson (Bobby), Barbara Walls (Jim), Diane Honeycutt (Donald), Teresa Rigsby (Bob Miles), Kaye Roberts, Larry Noah (Marie) and Orville Arwood (Angi); her grandchildren, Ashton White, Alli White (Ronnie), Sara Wheeler (Brian) and Adam Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Dillion, Alexis and A. J.. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Wheeler was employed at Buncombe County DSS for 30 years and Eblen Foundation for 10 years, where she loved making sure those who needed any assistance with food, heating or any other necessities were taken care of.
