Stokley Davis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2019, at the age of 88, Stokley Davis (Leasburg, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Linwood and Effie Crider Davis; his wife Ida Frances Brooks Davis; his grandson Matthew Wicks; and his sisters, Louise Neathery, Lois Martin, Gypsy Vernon and Irene Mayhew.
He is survived by: his daughters, Frances Denise Davis (Emmett Harris) of Timberlake and Janet Davis Foley (William); his granddaughters, Katherine Foley of Raleigh and Hayley Foley of Chapel Hill; his sister Hilda Duncan of Semora; and his pet Blue.
