He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Brann, Sr. and Avie Kendrick Brann; his brother Cecil Brann; and his son Dennis Brann. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pleasant Brann; his sons, Rodney Brann (Kim), Mark Brann (Karen) and Dale Brann (Susan); his daughter-in-law Emily Brann of Leasburg; his grandchildren, Jeff Brann, Ginny Brann, Kyle Brann, Steven Brann, Andrew Brann, Parker Brann and Nick Brann; and his great grandchildren, Kelsey Brann, Kolton Brann and Millie Brann.
