She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pleasant and Edith Winstead Pleasant; her husband Percy Brann, Jr.; her son Dennis Brann (Emily); and her siblings, Jennie Mae Parker, Ida Kendrick, John Lee Pleasant and Robert Pleasant.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Brann (Kim), Mark Brann (Karen) and Dale Brann (Susan); her daughter-in-law Emily Brann (Dennis) of Leasburg; her grandchildren, Jeff Brann (Robin), Ginny Brann, Kyle Brann (Brandy), Steven Brann (Mallory), Andrew Brann (Claire), Parker Brann (Sarah Beth) and Nick Brann; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Brann, Kolton Brann, Millie Brann, Jameson Brann and Josie Brann; and her sister Dot "Speedy" Oakes.
