She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Junior Tucker; her parents, Lemely Sanford Shelton and Mary Plina McHone Shelton; her daughter Lisa Ann Tucker; and her sister Betty Collins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eugene Sanford Shelton and Donna Shelton; her nephews, Christopher Shelton, Michael Shelton and Louis Collins; and her niece Lorrie Nickelston.
Survivors include her brother Eugene Sanford Shelton; sister Donna Shelton; nephews and nieces Christopher Shelton, Michael Shelton, Louis Collins, and Lorrie Nickelston, Memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
